A fifth generation Albuquerque citizen and resident, Andrew graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in English. After teaching at Saint Pius X School for three years, Andrew became involved with the organizing group attempting to invigorate the downtown core by forming a Business Improvement District. While the BID formation is an ongoing process, Andrew has furthered explored urban planning, and the ways in which we shape the urban environment and how, in turn, it shapes us. He is dedicated to the community and believes that Albuquerque has the potential to be a thriving, culturally significant, sustainable, walkable, and livable city.
