Reid Fossey serves as the Secretary of the Lived Experience Advisory Board. He is a strong advocate for more affordable housing and improved healthcare, and played a significant role in the passage of the high-end excise tax for affordable housing and the SOS pallet shelter initiative. Reid has been homeless for a little over a year and a half. When he was evicted from his home in Albuquerque, he felt a calling to move to Santa Fe and pursue his passion of helping people, specifically with regard to homelessness, Native American issues, and water scarcity and conservation. He enjoys thinking outside of the box and looking at local issues as creative problems to be solved.
