Ian Robertson is Director of Development at Titan Development, specializing in multifamily and hospitality projects. He manages all phases of development including underwriting, entitlements, design, and lease-up for Titan's multifamily platforms. Ian assisted in the creation of Titan's Allaso and Renova multifamily brands. He has served as VP of Albuquerque's EDo Neighborhood Association , Vice Chair and Policy Committee Co-Chair for ULI NM, Vice President of AANM, and a Commissioner for the Middle Rio Grande Housing Collaborative . Ian volunteers with Ronald McDonald House and has supported autism-related charities. He holds degrees from UT Austin's School of Architecture, and a Certificate from McCombs School of Business.
