Lia Azul Salaverry is a public-sector leader with more than a decade of experience in community-centered social services and systems-level change. She serves as Director of Human Services for the City of Santa Fe, managing a $15 million portfolio spanning homelessness response, housing stability, youth services, and violence prevention. Previously, she founded Pallet's PathForward™ consulting division, authored the Savannah and Chatham County Five-Year Strategic Plan to End Homelessness, and won the National League of Cities Capstone Challenge for innovative civic solutions. She holds degrees in Legal Studies, Philosophy, and Sociology from UC Santa Cruz.
