Maggie Boyle is the Associate Director at Gerard’s House, accompanying grieving children, teens, adults, and families across Northern New Mexico. Her work is informed by previous roles providing immigration legal services with Catholic Charities in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, and as a case manager and therapist in Seattle. She sees the economic and emotional ripple effects of loss, including ambiguous losses such as deportation and family separation. Born and raised in Santa Fe, there is no better mess to address than the inequality that leaves so many families feeling excluded in an unaffordable city.
