Sofia is a Mexican born immigrant, formerly undocumented, who came to Santa Fe in 2025 as a climate refugee after Hurricane Helene displaced her family from western North Carolina. A licensed massage and bodywork therapist, she serves the Santa Fe community with a focus on BIPOC women and bilingual care. She is a mother, a small business owner, an active member of Sun Mountain Waldorf School, and a member of the Native American Church. She is a first time homebuyer in progress and a committed advocate for an affordable, livable Santa Fe for all.
