My name is Thom Allena and I have lived in the Albuquerque area for the past ten years. I am a community and organization psychologist and my work with communities, governmental, non profit and university clients involves leadership development, community engagement, conflict resolution and community justice initiatives. I am also a community researcher using participatory action research approaches that directly involve community voices in matters that impact them.
