Vanessa retired from Disney/ABC-TV after a 30-year career. She worked on a plethora of shows such as ABCNEWS: World News Tonight, Nightline, 20/20, The View, etc. Vanessa was honored with a Peabody Award for the coverage of 9/11 Terrorist Attack.
Following a spiritual compass she attended NY Theological Seminary, which led to Chaplaincy at Overlook Medical Center in NJ. Level 1 Clinical Pastoral Education, a MA degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling was complete. 2016, she relocated to Albuquerque, continuing a path of meaningful volunteer work. For 6 years, Vanessa served as a board member at Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless. She is honored-bound to aid the marginalized. Homelessness is without question a housing problem. The next logical step is to help create affordable and accessible housing.
