Zoë Isaacson brings a systems-based approach to watershed management, combining ecological restoration, channel design, and sustainable stormwater solutions to support climate resilience in urban landscapes. With a strong background in riparian restoration, she has contributed to projects across the Rocky Mountains and New Mexico. Ms. Isaacson's career includes work as a forester for the National Park Service in Montana and as a mine reclamation specialist for the State of New Mexico, focusing on restoring areas impacted by legacy coal mining. Currently, as the River and Watershed Manager for the City of Santa Fe's Parks and Open Space Division, she leads climate resiliency efforts through innovative stormwater management and ecological restoration of the Santa Fe River Corridor. Ms. Isaacson holds a Master’s in Water Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Land Rehabilitation.
